CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

What is the last date to order?

To ensure your orders are delivered in time for Christmas, please place orders by the following dates: * UK & EU: 5th December * Canada: 14th November * Rest of World: 28th November.

Due to increased demand there is extra pressure on delivery services during the Christmas period, so we would encourage you to place orders as soon as possible.

* Sunday 24 December 2023 - Monday 1st January 2024 *

There will be no deliveries on the following dates:

* Christmas Eve, Sunday 24 December
* Christmas Day, Monday 25 December
* Boxing Day, Tuesday 26 December
* New Year's Eve, Sunday 31 December
* New Year's Day, Monday 1st January

What products do you currently have on sale?

At present we have a simple and stylish family passport holder. We have more products in the pipeline so subscribe to our mailing list to get the latest updates and news.

PAYMENT

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards and Apple Pay.

You can also pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to either 'Log In' or check out as a 'Guest', and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once the transaction is completed, you will be returned to our website. Please be sure to double check your shipping address.

ORDERS

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your order’s tracking information. You can input the tracking number on our tracking page here.

Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, changes can be made if your order hasn't been processed by the warehouse. Please contact us as soon as you can with your request, and we'll do our best to accommodate it. However, we cannot guarantee changes, as the warehouse processes orders as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order will allow you to reserve your favourite product before they arrive at our warehouse. Products that are on pre-order will be clearly marked and will be shipped out to customers based on the specified date.

We will always update you via email, so make sure you check "yes" to receiving marketing messages from us during checkout and confirm your email address!

Where do you ship?

We have recently introduced shipping to more countries worldwide! Please find a full list of the countries we ship to on our shipping information page.

Do you offer free shipping?

We wish we could! We are a new startup and we are focused on growing and expanding our options for you. In reality there is no such thing as free shipping. All businesses need to pay courier costs, it's just that large companies are better placed to consume them.

Do you offer express shipping options?

We offer both standard and express shipping options. Express shipping depends on the destination, so please check our shipping information page.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are lovingly packed and you will receive email updates as the product makes its way to you. Orders within the UK may take up to 4 -10 business days to arrive after shipping, US orders may take up to 6 - 10 days, and EU orders may take 6 - 18. Other international orders may take a few weeks in transit.

During any holiday season (e.g. Christmas), normal shipping times may not apply. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Where do your products ship from?

At present our products are shipped from a warehouse in China. Shipping with a partner in China has allowed us to bring a number of benefits to our customers including faster restocking and also international shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

What is your returns policy?

We care that you are 100% happy! We are in business to simplify your lives after all, and not make them more difficult. 

If you don't absolutely love your product, you can return it within the first 30 days of delivery. Read more about our returns policy here.
